Where does the strength come from to stand up for Christian values when they are mocked?
When you think long and hard about who Jesus was, what his messages meant, and who the people were who first followed him and tried to help spread his messages, you may feel a strong love for Jesus and those who dedicated their lives to helping him.
Christians, some of you may not feel strongly dedicated to the Christian life and you may wonder why you would be. You can start by remembering how terribly Jesus suffered for the love of other people. Isn't that someone worth strongly supporting?

You may then feel the strength to stand up for Christianity and be strongly dedicated to it.
Then, if you hear someone trying to mock Christianity or try to hide Christianity's presence from the public, you will better understand what they are trying to mock or hide. You will then better see what they are trying to get rid of and mock. They're trying to make fun of and kick out someone who suffered so terribly for good and for you, and that may also give you great strength and reason to stand up for Christianity and feel dedicated to protecting and promoting it peacefully.
