"Patriot" is the right word.

The belief in the equality of all people, freedom of speech, and the freedom to practice one’s own religion or not practice a religion are core American values.
Christians in the US,
A good word to use to describe ourselves and identify each other is the word “patriot.” The belief in the equality of all people, freedom of speech, and the freedom to practice one’s own religion or not practice a religion are core American values. When we say we are patriots, we are saying we support a nation that upholds those values.
A US citizen who doesn’t like America and criticizes it who claims to be liberal-minded is not being liberal-minded in the genuine sense of the word. They are not being open-minded. They are not being forward-thinking.
It is really someone with an oppressive mindset that dislikes and criticizes such a nation. When they word an oppressive opinion in a way that seems liberal-minded, they exhibit a kaino-oppressive* mindset that shouldn’t be thought of as open-minded at all. Patriots, identify proudly as a Christian and a patriot on social media and elsewhere.
