How should a Christian run a business?
Is a work environment created that makes them feel happy and appreciated?
Considering the popularity of startups and running small businesses, a trend of today and tomorrow, one question many new Christians from the public will have will be how to start and/or run a modern business as a Christian. Old Fezziwig from the famous novel about Scrooge is a good model of a Christian business person.
A Christian business person should care more about what a company does for people than the money it makes. For example, she or he should think about how their business creates a better life for their employees. Is a work environment created that makes them feel happy and appreciated?
Also, Christian business people should take pride in creating brand names and logos that people can come to know and trust. These brand names and logos should become associated with the investment of hard work and commitment that mark a productive Christian life and perspective. A Christian-run business also doesn't have to shy away from being as creative as other businesses in its arena; why shouldn't Christian-run businesses be as innovative as others?
There's no reason a Cristian business can't be as successful as any other business
I agree! Our Christian principles and proper use of them will ensure a profound, amicable business environment, where everyone will thrive,
