Which Christians are more likely to help us support a modern Christian movement?
Christians who support democracy, law enforcement, equality, have a sense of patriotism in a country that supports human rights, and believe in respectful political action are most likely to help.
After becoming interested in promoting a modern Christian movement, some Christians will soon find that a number of other Christians they talk to are not interested in helping. This is because Christians, and even Christians who belong to the same Church, may hold very different ideas in a variety of areas that include religion and social topics. Which Christians are most likely to help then?
Christians who support democracy, law enforcement, equality, have a sense of patriotism in a country that supports human rights, and believe in respectful political action are most likely to help. This is because the spirit of Christianity involves support for human rights such as freedom of religious expression, laws that support those rights while also protecting people from harm, gratitude for living in a country that honors human rights, and a sincere interest in supporting laws that uphold human rights through political involvement. An example of the contrary would be a Christian who doesn't believe in being involved in political decisions that affect the religious freedoms of Christians. Another example to the contrary would be a Christian who does believe in being politically involved but supports a political party whose goals and constituents tend to be at odds with Christian rights to religious expression.
There are Christians, however, who will change their mind for the best if you work hard at helping them to understand how they should change their perspective and what needs to be done for the Christian Kingdom here on earth. It also isn't always a matter of changing their mind but instead helping them see what they didn't really know about in the first place. It helps to know who is most willing to help, however, to help build a large movement with greater haste and success. The benefits of the modern Christian movement should be sought in earnest and with a sense of urgency.
