A big part of being a Christian involves how we see people.
...a Christian is called to see the worth of every person.
How we see people every day is key to Christian life. Of course, it isn't difficult to see the worth of friends, but a Christian is called to see the worth of every person. This includes people who we do not know well and people who we feel do not like us.
Thinking about oneself in the shoes of another person helps a Christian understand why this should be. Even if someone was angry with us or didn't know us well, we would still want them to see us as having worth. This is why we should look at others the same way.
This doesn't mean that we will necessarily be seen the same way in return. Like much of the Christian life, the goal is not a self-centered takeaway. However, it still does feel good, and reflection on how we want to be seen points to why it is right.
Being a humble and compassionate person is the best way to lead life in the light of Christianity. Reflecting and understanding every people and the different situations we are in will allow us to be more close to God.
I think showing that you care about other people and their feelings is the main way to be a good Christian. And I think to be a good person, we should try talking with someone and telling them how we feel. It can be difficult, but it is worth it because it will help us to become a better individual.
