Each Christian is their own person.
However, Christians should see themselves as being on the same team in supporting each other and helping people learn about the love of Jesus.
Christians should consider themselves to be on the same team in life, although this is not in the sense that Christianity is a game. What it does mean is that Christians should work together in bringing Christianity's presence into the world. Christians can and should certainly hold different opinions on a variety of subjects. However, Christians should see themselves as being on the same team in supporting each other and helping people learn about the love of Jesus.
When a Christian meets another, they should feel they have met someone who will support them politically in advocating for Christian freedom of speech and also support them socially in spreading the word of God. As of now, that is not the case because of widespread confusion that has been caused by multiple factors, including dominant societal influences. However, Christians want to help each other form a joint understanding of how they should view each other and their shared mission.
If one Christian doesn't believe in talking about Jesus outside of Church and another gives money to an organization that is hostile to public displays of Christianity, they are like members of a sports team who try to trip up their own team members. If one organization doesn't want to join others, they can be like a player who doesn't want to share the ball. Christians who aren't interested in seeing the return of Christianity to the public can be like an audience who is without team spirit.
