Are you on Twitter?
Whether you have many followers or a few, you can make a difference by reaching even one of them.
Christians, can you start changing society from where you are right now? You can, and it can be less complicated than you would think. You do not have to be a pastor or have a large network of friends to spark an interest in someone’s mind about the disappearance of Christianity from the public square. The one person you inspire can inspire many others.
Are you on Twitter? Whether you have many followers or a few, you can make a difference by reaching even one of them. Can you send out a tweet from where you are right now? You can ask, “Why aren’t people talking about God in public anymore?” You can do the same on Facebook. You can even talk to whoever may be next to you right now.
Christians, let people start saying that a new wave of faith is coming. All Christians can play a role in the re-emergence of Christianity in the public square. You can start playing a role even at this moment. Start talking about Jesus in public again so that more people can learn about genuine kindness, love, and eternal life.
There are so many ways people can get together, not only physically, but virtually! I love the idea of Twitter because social media really has made a big impact on sharing our simple thoughts about Jesus. Instagram and Facebook, even Pinterest are other fun and creative places people can join together--no matter where you are.
Empathy is really important for everyone. And in our religion, it is so much stressed that there is no alternative to it. Being selfish is considered a bad thing and not without a reason. I really appreciate the thought you poured behind this blog.
Wow, really loved every single word written in this blog and how well it is written. As a Christian, I always think about others and how they feel. People might make fun of me but Christians are always thoughtful of others.
