Christians should not assume that they should simply follow along with current societal events concerning religion.
To go against the flow of events in society that have continued to weather away the remnants of Christian society will take careful thought and planning.
Christians should not assume that they should allow the current course of societal events to play themselves out without their own voices being heard. It shouldn’t be assumed that what has happened to Christianity in society has been a natural progression of what was supposed to happen. Christians need to initiate plans on their own accord to reshape the future of the Christian community in today’s culture.
Part of taking action in a peaceful but determined way will include the recognition that Christianity is not meant to be phased out. It is valid, it is useful, it is relevant, and it is a meaningful and wonderful way to live life. It is worth talking about, it is worth organizing around, and it is worth fighting for.
To go against the flow of events in society that have continued to weather away the remnants of Christian society will take careful thought and planning. Christians will need to think about the key ideas behind their movement, how to orchestrate it, and how to maintain it. While still being respectful members of the public, Christians will need to think independently about a serious course of action.
It is our inherent tendency to go with the flow, Afterall, we don't wanna look dumb in front of a group who agrees on something that we contradict. However, we must never let this tendency get the better of us. Preaching what we believe is right and is ACTUALLY right will allow us to be a truer Christian than ever.
People are entitled to their opinions, but there are things that should not be heard – especially if it can disrupt the Christianity within you. Reading these blogs are one of my courses of action to take no notice of the things society has been saying about Christianity.
